Refund policy

We stand by our products and we will refund or replace your arrangements should they not be up to quality standards. All refund or replacements requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.  All cancellation refund must be completed 24 hours before delivery date.  For same day delivery offer's all request must be completed before actually delivery date.

Due to limitations from our farms, your order may not match the the description or image of your exact purchase.  These limitations are beyond our control and subject to the availability, cut, shape, color from our network of farms.  Flauraly will always match your order exactly but in situations listed above we will match the shape and or the color of the flowers with the best suitable flowers available. 

Flauraly will always use the freshest flowers available maintained in our environmental with our treatments.  This ensure the maximum allowed life of the flowers once delivered.  As such, the flowers may be closed at the time so they can bloom once delivered.  This is especially true with some flowers including our roses, lilies and alstroemeria.  

Refunds or replacement are subject to review and return policy.  We reserve the right to deny refund or replacements.
